Return Policy: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refund costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of the return shipper receiving the package. This period includes the transit time for the return to be received (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the bank's processing time (5 to 10 business days). To return an item, customers should log in to their account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button.
